Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time and you DO NOT reschedule within 7 days you WILL be charged 50% of the service for your appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time and you DO reschedule within 7 days you will NOT be charged. If you no call/no show you will be charged 100% of the service you missed and if you would like to book in the future you will need to pay for the service upfront when booking.
